Edui Compliances LLC is a Delaware company selling continuing education and professional compliance webinars to customers across the United States, including California. We provide HR and payroll compliance webinars that earn SHRM and HRCI recertification credit. To do that, we need a small amount of information about you — primarily to create your account, process your purchase, deliver your sessions, and issue your certificates. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about what we do with it.

When you create an account, register for a webinar, or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company name, and the details needed to complete your purchase. Payment card details are entered directly with our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.

When you visit pedu.online, we automatically receive standard technical data such as your device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand how it's used.
Webinar participation
If you attend a live session, we record attendance and completion so we can issue your certificate with the correct SHRM and HRCI activity IDs.

6. Data retention
We keep your account information and webinar history for as long as your account is active, and as needed to maintain your certificate records so you can retrieve past CE credits. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required by law or tax obligations to retain certain records.
