Terms of Service

These terms cover your account, purchases, and how you use PEDU. Plain-language summary first, full detail below.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Edui Compliances LLC ("PEDU," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of pedu.online. By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a webinar, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use PEDU.

1. Agreement to terms

By using pedu.online you confirm you've read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you use PEDU on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use PEDU. Our services are intended for HR, payroll, and compliance professionals and the organizations they work for.

3. Your account

To purchase or attend webinars you'll create an account using a valid work email. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are for a single named individual unless you've purchased a team option or package that says otherwise.

4. Purchases & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, though changes won't affect orders already placed. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, including any applicable taxes. Access to a purchased webinar is granted once payment is confirmed.

5. Webinar access & content license

When you purchase a webinar, recording, or transcript, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view that content for your own professional development. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, publicly display, or share your access or the materials with anyone else. Live join links and account access are for the registered user only.

6. SHRM & HRCI credits

Our webinars are offered for SHRM PDCs and HRCI recertification credit, with one hour of content equalling one credit. We provide a certificate with the relevant activity IDs after you complete a session. Final acceptance and reporting of credit is governed by SHRM and HRCI under their own rules; we recommend confirming current requirements at shrm.org and hrci.org. We're not responsible for changes those bodies make to their programs.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed entirely by our Refund Policy, which is time-sensitive. In short, an upcoming webinar may be refunded in full if it was scheduled 7+ days after purchase and you cancel at least 48 hours before it starts; past and accessed content is non-refundable. Please read the full policy before purchasing.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PEDU to: break any law or regulation; infringe anyone's intellectual property; share, resell, or pirate our content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts; disrupt the service; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Intellectual property

All content on PEDU — including webinars, recordings, transcripts, written materials, branding, and the site itself — is owned by Edui Compliances LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 5, no rights are transferred to you. The PEDU name and logo may not be used without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

PEDU's content is provided for professional education and general information only and is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on anything presented. The service and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edui Compliances LLC and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of PEDU. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold PEDU harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using PEDU at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Governing law & changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Edui Compliances LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of PEDU after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
