How to join our expert panel
Joining our platform is simple and straightforward. Start by filling out the application form on this page. Provide your professional background, LinkedIn profile, and the compliance or HR topics you are passionate about teaching.
Our content team carefully reviews every application to ensure your expertise aligns with our audience's needs. If your profile is a strong match for our community of professionals, we will reach out within 48 hours to discuss the next steps and answer any questions.
Once approved, we will officially onboard you. We will set up your instructor profile on our platform, give you access to our system, and you can immediately begin scheduling your live webinar sessions.
Your responsibilities as a PEDU Instructor
As an industry expert, your primary focus is to deliver high-quality, actionable, and engaging presentations. Our webinars typically run for 60 to 90 minutes, which includes a dedicated Q&A segment to interact directly with attending professionals.
We look for practitioners who can simplify complex regulations, share real-world case studies, and provide attendees with practical takeaways they can implement in their organizations right away.
You will be responsible for creating your own presentation materials, such as slides and handouts. Our team will guide you and review your content to ensure it meets the rigorous standards required for SHRM and HRCI recertification credits.
We set you up for success
Once your webinar topic is approved, we take care of the heavy lifting. Our marketing team builds your registration page and promotes your session to our audience of HR and payroll professionals.
You never have to worry about the technical setup. We handle the webinar hosting platform, secure ticket sales, marketing emails, and attendee management. Your only job is to share your knowledge.
Before your live event, we conduct a full technical dry-run so you feel completely comfortable with the platform. On the day of the webinar, a dedicated PEDU moderator will be with you live to manage the chat, handle polls, and assist with any technical issues.
